4. Payment
The Buyer shall pay within 60 days of the invoice date. The Buyer may deduct 2% if payment is made within 10 days.
5. Delivery
The Supplier shall deliver within 14 days of each order. Quantities may vary by up to 2%. Late delivery costs 0.5% a day, capped at 5%.
6. Quality
The Buyer may inspect goods for 5 days after receipt. Goods carry a 12-month warranty.

The Buyer shall pay within 45 days 60 days of the invoice date.
